How do I check my SHEIN gift card balance online?

NOTICE OF ARBITRATION PROVISIONS: Your purchase, acceptance, and use of Gift Cards is subject to binding individual arbitration of any disputes which may arise, as provided in the Terms of Use which also means that you waive your right to participate in any class action. 1. Redemption and Limitations

Gift Cards can be redeemed only for eligible purchases on the us.shein.com website (the Site) and the SHEIN US mobile application (the App). However, Gift Cards that were purchased through the Site or the App prior to March 8, 2021, can be used on any SHEIN site. Once any amount of such Gift Cards is redeemed on the Site or the App, any balance remaining on the Gift Card can only be redeemed on the Site or the App. Gift Cards can be redeemed only towards purchases of SHEIN's products (i.e., products sold by SHEIN Distribution Corporation) and cannot be redeemed towards purchases of Third-Party Sellers products. In addition, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for purchase of SHEIN CLUB membership. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right, without notice to you, to void Gift Cards without a refund, suspend or terminate customer User Accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our Services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to a SHEIN order fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these Gift Card Terms.

2. Purchase of Gift Cards

When purchasing a Gift Card, you must provide your billing information (e.g., credit or debit card number) at check-out. You will not receive a physical Gift Card. Gift Cards are emailed to the email address you provide in your Gift Card purchase order. You are responsible for ensuring that this information is up-to-date and accurate in accordance with Section 6, below. Promotional Coupons, Promotional Points, Wallet credits and another Gift Card cannot be applied towards the purchase of a Gift Card. Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
