How do I use my SONIC gift card on the app?

If you have a SONIC gift card and want to use it on the SONIC app, you can easily redeem it by following these steps:

In-app

1. Log in to your MySONIC account on the SONIC app.
2. Go to your profile and tap on Payment Methods.
3. Tap on Add new payment method and select Enter a gift card number.
4. Enter the eGift Card Number and PIN to redeem.

Alternatively, if you have already placed your order on the app and selected a store, you can redeem your gift card before checkout:

1. Tap on Change when you get to the payment method.
2. Tap on Add new payment method and select Enter a gift card number.
3. Enter the eGift Card Number and PIN to redeem.

It's important to note that SONIC's digital gift cards are only redeemable for online orders placed through the SONIC app. They cannot be used for online orders placed via the website.

If you want to check the balance of your SONIC gift card, you can do so by either visiting the mobile/desktop website and entering your gift card code and PIN, or by calling +1 (888)-272-6547.

Here are some important terms and conditions to keep in mind:

• The SONIC gift card never expires and there are no fees associated with it.
• SONIC's digital gift cards can only be redeemed for online orders placed through the SONIC app.
• They are not redeemable for online orders placed via the website.

If you prefer to have a physical gift card instead of a digital one, you can transfer your digital gift card credits to a physical card by asking for a blank/empty physical gift card from a SONIC store and contacting the SONIC gift card customer support.
